SMS Opt-In Consent Workflow

Jack Law — (866) JACKLAW / (866) 522-5529

How Consent Is Collected

Callers dial (866) JACKLAW / (866) 522-5529 and are presented with an interactive voice response (IVR) menu. Before any SMS text message is sent, the caller hears the following verbatim disclosure:

IVR Disclosure (Verbatim)

“To receive a one-time SMS text message from Jack Law with a link to schedule your consultation, press 3. By pressing 3, you consent to receive this one-time SMS text message from Jack Law at the phone number you are calling from. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This is not a marketing or promotional program, and consent to receive the text is not required to request a consultation. To continue without receiving a text message, stay on the line or press 0.”

Opt-In Mechanism

Only callers who press 3 after hearing the full disclosure receive an SMS message. Callers who stay on the line or press 0 continue without receiving any text message.

Nature of the SMS Message

The SMS message is a one-time transactional message containing a consultation scheduling link. Jack Law does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages from this toll-free number.
