Client Messaging Consent Notice
Purpose. We use text messaging (“SMS/MMS”) to send case updates, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and other client-related communications (“Messages”). Consent for future Messages is deemed if you receive our initial Message (which contains a link to this Notice) and do not opt out.
1. Disclosure of Messaging Practices

2. Message Frequency.
Typically 1–3 Messages per client per month, depending on case activity.
3. Deemed Consent Mechanism.
- Initial Message: You will receive one SMS containing a link to this Consent Notice.
- Deemed Consent: If you do not opt out within 24 hours of receiving that link, you will be deemed to have consented to receive future Messages.
4. How to Review or Opt Out.

5. Confirmation of Opt-Out.
After you opt out, we will send one final Message confirming your request, then no further Messages.
